The KARAT K4 A is a powerful bi-amped 2-way active system, specifically engineered for demanding touring applications both indoors and outdoors. Its design places a strong emphasis on exceptional vocal intelligibility, even in challenging acoustic environments. Equipped with four 5” neodymium woofers and two high-performance 1.75” compression drivers, the system delivers impressive precision and clarity. The meticulously developed time-coherent waveguide ensures consistent sound dispersion and optimal phase alignment. The integrated 600-watt Class-D amplifier provides excellent audio performance with high efficiency. This is further enhanced by an advanced DSP system featuring FIR filtering, enabling precise control and finely tuned sound reproduction. Thanks to state-of-the-art neodymium technology, the KARAT K4 A not only excels acoustically but also stands out with its remarkably low weight—making it ideal for easy handling, flexible installations, and flown applications. With an IP45 rating, the system is well-suited for demanding outdoor use. Perfect Low-End Extension: SUB K 15 A The SUB K 15 A is the ideal flyable subwoofer complement to the KARAT K4 A array system.
