The Dropper series are IP62 LED strips with a silicon spray coating. They are suitable for most humid environments, but should not be used in wet conditions without a cover. 2835 LEDs are high power LEDs and emit more light than 5050 LEDs due to higher efficiency. We recommend the use of aluminum profiles* in order to properly dissipate the heat. LED strip profiles are also used to create a beautiful look & feel.

*Please note: for proper heat dissipation, the profile should NOT be closed with a cover.
